Where is South Chelsea College?

The College is sited in the heart of Brixton, one of the major shopping areas of Inner London.

Is South Chelsea College internationally recognised?

South Chelsea College is accredited by the Association of British Language Schools (ABLS) and by the Association of Business Executives (ABE). See Accreditation page for details.  The qualifications offered at the College are externally accredited and verified and are therefore recognised internationally.

What subjects are taught at the College?

Computer Studies, Business Studies, Travel Industry Studies, Secretarial Practice, English as a Foreign Language, Health and Social Care & HIV/AIDS and the community. See the individual Course pages for more details.

How long are the Courses?

All Courses (apart from English as a Foreign Language) are for a minimum of 1 year duration. Courses start in January, April/May and September.

How much does it cost?

How do I apply?

You must send us a correctly completed application form. We then record your details, but proceed no further until you make a payment to us. See the Enrolment page for more details on how you can apply, and how to make your payment. Please note that we do not accept payments by credit card.

What happens after I make my payment to enrol in the College?

Once our bank clears your payment a place is reserved for you for the Term intake that you wish to begin studying, and we send you your Student Document by first class mail, which is needed before a Student Visa can be issued to you in your country.

How do I get a Student Visa?

You must apply to the British Embassy or Consulate for a Student Entry Visa. See the Enrolment page for more details.

Does the College write to the Embassy?

No. We are not allowed to influence the Embassy.

Do you give financial help or sponsorship to Students?

No. The College does not give financial help or sponsor Students.

Can you send me the College Prospectus and an application form by post?

Yes. But the postal method will take much longer than if you apply by using our Online Application page.
